COORS LIGHT CHORES LIGHT TIDE CLEANERS EVENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. YOU MUST READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF YOU CANNOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CHORES LIGHT COORS LIGHT TIDE CLEANERS EVENT (“EVENT”).
By participating in the Event sponsored by Molson Coors Beverage Company (“Sponsor”), you do hereby acknowledge that you are participating of your own free will and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
How to Participate. During the allocated time window, Sponsor will accept a maximum of seventy five (75) bags of laundry, not to exceed a 13 gallon bag per participant. Limit one bag per participant. Laundry bags will be transported, washed, folded and delivered to participant’s home by Tide Cleaners. Delivery is conditioned upon participant living within a 7-mile radius of a participating Tide Cleaners location. Any participant outside the delivery zone desiring to participate will be responsible for bag pick up at a to be designated Tide Cleaners locations. Dry Cleaning services are not available as part of this event.
Time and Locations. The Event shall take place on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (local time zone) at the following locations:

Participant is responsible for determining the articles of clothing which are appropriate for Wash & Fold services. Items should be considered everyday laundry items. Items requiring dry cleaning (or labeled ‘dry clean only’), ironing, wool, silk, leather, suede and finer garments (suits and dresses) and wedding dresses are not included in Wash & Fold services.
Grant of Rights. I hereby grant to Sponsor, Agile Pursuits Franchising, Inc. d/b/a Tide Cleaners and at its affiliates (“API”), and to such other persons or entities as Sponsor may designate from time to time, the right to photograph or film my participation in the Event or to interview me regarding my experience with the Event. I grant to Sponsor, API and to such other persons or entities as Sponsor may designate, the absolute right and permission to use my name, voice, likeness, video, audio, testimonial and photography (collectively “Likeness”), in perpetuity, in whole or in part, or distorted in character or form, together with or without written copy for the Event, as well as for any advertising, publicity, promotion, labeling, packaging, instructional, or any other purposes common in the trade forever and throughout the world in any manner. I shall receive no compensation or payment of any kind, and hereby waive any right to approve such use. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, API and all other designated persons or parties using my Likeness in accordance with the terms hereof, including but not limited to any liability for what might be deemed to be misrepresentation or defamation of me, my character, or my person due to any use, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or an otherwise faulty reproduction which may occur in the finished product.
Warranties. I hereby certify that I am in proper physical condition to participate in the Event. I warrant and represent that (i) I have the legal right to bind myself to these Terms and Conditions and (ii) use of my Likeness shall not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
RELEASE AND WAIVER.
I hereby forever release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor, API, its advertising and promotions agencies involved in this Event, and any third party vendors, and each of their respective designees, licensees, parents, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, stockholders, representatives, agents and attorneys and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, rights, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, arising directly or indirectly, out of (i) any personal injury or property damage arising from my participation in the Event, regardless of the cause of such injuries and damages, (ii) selection of items appropriate for Wash & Fold services, (iii) pick up of laundry where participant is not in the delivery zone, (iv) the use and disclosure of my personal information, and (iv) this Waiver. I acknowledge and agree that the foregoing release and discharge is an essential and material term of this Waiver.
If, for any reason, the Event is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and or feasibility of the Event is undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to rain, inclement weather, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or for any other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or part of the Event and/or proceed with the Event in altered form, without any further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to alter this Event as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted at coorslightchoreslight.com.
Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Event are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In the event of any damage or loss to laundry due to Tide Cleaner’s sole negligence, the sole remedy shall be reasonable reimbursement or replacement, as determined by API at API’s sole discretion.
ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS EVENT, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
THIS EVENT IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“AAA RULES”). THE AAA RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN ILLINOIS. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY ENTRANT AND/OR EVENT ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION OCCURRED OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.
Privacy. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Event will be collected by Sponsor or its designee and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Event as described in these Official Rules and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at http://molsoncoors.com/en/privacy.
Miscellaneous. This document supersedes all prior representations by Sponsor or the Released Parties as to the extent of its liability for the Event. No representative or other party has any authority whatsoever to modify or extend the terms of liability.
